Write to [email protected]. One person reads that inbox — include your iPhone model, your iOS version and the Nulla version from Settings, and you will usually get an answer the same day.

The widget doesn't show my names

Long-press the wallpaper, tap +, choose Nulla and pick a size — the widget has to be placed once by hand. If it was placed and looks empty, open Nulla so it can refresh, then wait a few seconds: iOS decides when a widget redraws.

Blocking asks for permission

Blocking uses Apple's Family Controls, so iOS requests Screen Time permission once. If it was declined, grant it in iOS Settings → Screen Time. Without it, everything except blocking keeps working.

A session won't end

Open Nulla → Focus → End. It ends immediately, with no penalty. If the shield is still shown after that, lock and unlock the phone once so iOS reloads the shield state.

Purchases and restoring Pro

Use Restore purchases on the Pro screen with the Apple Account that bought it. Billing, renewals and refunds go through Apple; cancel in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. If a purchase went through and Pro is still locked, email us the App Store receipt.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete all data clears everything from the device at once. There is no account and no copy on our side.

Requirements

iPhone, iOS 17 or later, portrait, English interface. There is no iPad or Android version today.
